As of December 1st, I will be at Gloss Salon located at 266 Huttleston Ave in Fairhaven. Earlier this year, I began updating my Price List and Cancellation Policy. They will be in effect immediately. If you have any concerns, PLEASE contact me. I will do my best to offer options that can work for you. I will not be able to sell retail at the salon, but she does have her own products for sale. If there is a specific product you would like that she doesn’t offer, I would be happy to help. I just ask that you reach out to me before your visit. I appreciate your patience and understanding during all of these changes!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that illnesses can come on quick and things out of our control can come up, however, due to the frequency of these I will have to enforce this policy. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE AT THE TIME OF RESCHEDULING!! This program sends out multiple reminders. I ask that you PLEASE cancel at least 24 hours in advance. APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A $30 FEE AT THE TIME OF RESCHEDULING. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, your service may be modified or rescheduled. All fees are non refundable, do not apply towards future services, and must be paid at the time of rescheduling. If you do not agree with these terms, I do apologize, but services with me will no longer be available. Thank you for taking the time to read this policy.
